Total Transformation Programs

Total Transformation Program helps women build healthy habits and includes three pillars (Tune-in, React, Retain). A client may choose either premium or Gold, and it customized to my clients needs:

Option 1- Harmony Within: Nourishing Mind, Body, and Soul. Focused on healing the relationship with food and body. This is ideal for women who suffer from IBS symptoms, binge eating and emotional eating. Includes mainly mindset coaching

Option 2- Joyful Journey: Shedding Weight, Embracing Bliss. Focused on helping women who want to lose weight while finding the right food and movement for their unique body. Dietician templates and guidance will be provided on top of the mindset coaching.

Option 3- Sweet Harmony: Balancing Your Relationship with Sugar

Focused on helping women who suffer from Insulin Resistance or Diabetes. Diabetes doctor templates and guidance will be provided on top of the mindset coaching.


Option 4- Heart Health Revival: Nurturing Cardio Wellness

Focused on helping women who suffer from cardiovascular illnesses. Cardiovascular doctor templates and guidance will be provided on top of the mindset coaching

Option 5- Hormone Harmony: Balancing Your Body, Nurturing Wellness
Focused on helping women who suffer from hormonal imbalances, PCOS, or trying to get their period back. Naturopath templates and guidance will be provided on top of the mindset coaching

Premium Package includes:

  • 1-1 1 hour of weekly interactive sessions for three months (total of 12 sessions)

  • daily accountability reports

  • weekly accountability reports

  • emergency calls when those cravings arise or when you need guidance

  • immediate feedback on your meals

Gold Package includes:

  • Group 1.5 hours of weekly interactive sessions for three months (total of 12 sessions)

  • daily accountability reports

  • weekly accountability reports

  • community of women that are working on similar goals

  • immediate feedback on your meals

  • customized guides and tools to help you achieve your goals
